If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of estimated delivery time. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method and account.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use or wear.
To initiate the return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal.
- Choose the products you wish to return and exchange from your order.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- How long does it take to receive your refund? When we have received the package and inspected it, we will issue your refund.
- How long does it take to receive your exchanged item? It depends on shipping times. When we have received the package and inspected it we will process and ship your item.
- How long does it take to receive store-credit? When we have received the package and inspected it we will issue store credit.
- Any return restocking fee is the customer’s obligation to pay.
- If the product is damaged during shipping we will issue a refund after investigation.
- If the product is damaged in your care it is your responsibility.
